The care you deserve

Arrowleaf balsamroot is a native wildflower of Eastern Washington—one of the first to bloom after a long winter. With deep roots and radiant yellow petals, it symbolizes resilience, renewal, and the quiet strength it takes to heal. Like this flower, therapy can help us emerge from difficult seasons grounded, open, and reaching toward the light.

About

Helping You Heal, Regulate, and Reconnect

If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in old patterns, you're not alone. In our work together, we'll gently explore what's happening in your body and nervous system using somatic and mindfulness-based approaches. You can expect to feel more grounded, connected, and in control of your emotional world. I started in this line of work first because I have always enjoyed helping others, and second because of my own positive experience getting quality, professional help when I needed it most. Because of this I have dedicated myself to continual learning and growth as a professional, staying on top of the latest best-practices and research, as well as doing my own observations of what works best for my individual clients. I am available for in-person or telehealth, as well as equine (horse) assisted psychotherapy intensives.
